Dr. Jackeline Giansanti
Founder
Dr. Jackeline Giansanti is a teacher and clinical psychologist. She has completed her Ph.D. studies in Human Services at Albizu University, Miami, FL.
She also obtained her Certification to work with Transgender people at the International Transgender Certification Association, Miami, FL. Dr. Giansanti has her Master of Science in Psychology, in Mental Health Counseling at Albizu University, Miami, FL, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology UDELAR, Montevideo, Uruguay.
She currently works as a special professor and research assistant in the Neuropsychological Program at Johns Hopkins University in the New York Department of Education.
She has experience working as a counselor with individual, family, and institutional group intervention.
Currently, her interest is based on interpersonal relationships, and working with teams, especially with professionals who work with people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. She also coordinates parent groups with children diagnosed with ASD.

Nicole Giansanti

Nicole Giansanti graduated from New York University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Public Health and Anthropology with a minor in the French language. Her goal is to combine her passion for medicine and research to find new ways to aid people who lack access to health care. She is passionate about public health research, learning foreign languages, and writing.
Lic. Pedro Rodriguez
Program Coordinator
Pedro Rodríguez De Los Santos is from Montevideo, Uruguay, and has been living in Edmonton, Alberta for 17 years. Since then, Pedro has established himself as a successful visual artist in Alberta. He has held multiple exhibitions, coordinated public art and education workshops, and multiple large-scale public murals. He is also heavily involved in community arts programs and has exhibited on human rights issues such as accessibility to education, water, health, and the importance of cultural diversity and social inclusion.
Pedro has recently completed three major public art murals, most recently as part of the Canada 150 project, My Story implemented by Norquest College. The second was a participatory mural with the collaboration of young people involved with Crystal Kids and Arts on the Avenue and the third was an artist-in-residence with Ecole Michele Jean, a francophone high school in Edmonton.
Pedro has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Acting and Polizon Theater Direction. Rodríguez has also directed several community theater projects, including Popol Vuh, El Señor Gallindas, and community improvisational plays using anthropological theater. Storytelling, community mapping, and oral history are also a key part of Rodriguez’s work and he has implemented several projects to tell stories about Alberta workers and Edmonton immigrants. Pedro has also implemented several community development projects that use the arts for social change and transformation.
Leelu Ravi

Leelu Ravi recently graduated from New York University in May 2022 with a degree in global public health and applied psychology. She will be pursuing her masters in Public Health in January at CUNY School of Public Health. She is currently working as a part time peer counselor at VNS NY and has been fortunate to work with the Psi-Giansanti organization previously as a workshop teacher for a poetry writing workshop that connects women of all ages through common experiences. She is excited to announce that she has moved from volunteer to employee and is very excited to give her best efforts to such a kind and innovative organization such as Psi-Giansanti!
